  3. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in suspension of services or delays in completing the project.

Client Responsibilities

  1. The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and access to systems required for the completion of the consultancy project in a timely manner.
  2. The client is responsible for reviewing the deliverables once provided and ensuring they meet expectations before finalizing the project.
  3. OÜ Aldoh GHC will not be responsible for any delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials, approvals, or feedback on time.

Intellectual Property

  1. Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables produced under the agreed scope of work, unless otherwise specified.
  2. OÜ Aldoh GHC reserves the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
  3. Any third-party resources (e.g., software licenses, cloud services) used during the project will be properly sourced, and the client may need to secure any necessary licenses or approvals.

Revisions and Changes

  1. The client is entitled to a set number of revisions as outlined in the service agreement. Any additional revisions outside the defined scope may incur extra charges.
  2. Changes requested after the project scope has been finalized may result in additional costs and delays.

Termination and Cancellation

  1. Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice in case of a breach of these terms by the other party.
  2. If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the client will be billed for the work completed up until the point of cancellation.
  3. OÜ Aldoh GHC reserves the right to cancel any project without notice if the client fails to meet agreed obligations, including timely payment or provision of required materials.

Liability

  1. OÜ Aldoh GHC will make reasonable efforts to provide services with skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that the consultancy work will meet all client expectations, as some results depend on subjective preferences or external factors.
  2. OÜ Aldoh GHC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or interruptions, arising from the use of our services.
  3. In no case shall OÜ Aldoh GHC’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

Confidentiality

  1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or other sensitive data shared during the course of the project.
  2. This confidentiality obligation will remain in effect even after the completion or termination of the project.

Warranty and Support

  1. OÜ Aldoh GHC offers a 14-day post-service warranty period during which we will address any issues directly related to the initial scope of work.
  2. The warranty does not cover additional services, modifications, or new features beyond the original scope of the project.
  3. Continued support, maintenance, or updates beyond the warranty period will be provided under a separate agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OÜ Aldoh GHC operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Amendments to Terms
